Paid community setup + operations
You create. We build your paid community.
Foundry Co helps educational creators shape a membership offer, build it in Whop, and run the agreed member operations. You bring the expertise, content, and audience relationship. We bring the systems behind the experience.
No setup fee. An agreed share of the membership revenue. Scope and terms confirmed before work begins.
Built for creators with an engaged audience. Our initial focus is creators with approximately 10K-100K followers.

Illustrative build. Not client results.
A membership starts as a problem, a promise, and a price members can understand.
- 01
A specific recurring problem
Name the situation that keeps coming back for the audience. The offer is built around that problem, not a generic community.
- 02
A deliverable promise
State what members receive: resources, sessions, and the creator inputs required to make the promise real.
- 03
A clear price and scope
Explain access, the commitment, and how cancellation works so the joining page matches the operating plan.
After payment, members need a path they can follow without guessing what to do next.
- 01
Join with a clear promise
Checkout and access restated the same promise. Members know what they paid for and where the content lives.
- 02
Complete the first useful action
A welcome, a first resource, and a first task give a route to a useful result in the opening days.
- 03
Find ongoing value and support
A delivery cadence and a help route keep the membership useful after the first week.
The operating plan names who does the work after launch, including support and reporting.
- 01
Member onboarding
Access is granted and the welcome sequence runs so new members are not left at an empty door.
- 02
Agreed support coverage
The scope names who owns support, what is answered, and how issues escalate.
- 03
Reporting and handover
Shared visibility, revenue reconciliation, and an exit path are part of the plan, not an afterthought.
Each creator partnership has its own agreed product, scope, and operating plan.
Clear roles from the start.

Creator
Expertise, approved content, audience promotion, any agreed live sessions, and key decisions about the brand and offer.
The membership does not remove your role in delivering value. It gives that work a defined operating system.
From audience assessment to a working membership.
- 01
Assess the fit
We review your profile, topic, audience needs, and the member problem a paid community would exist to solve.
- 02
Agree the plan
Offer, creator inputs, scope, costs, revenue share, account access, and exit terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
- 03
Build and launch
Joining, delivery, onboarding, and support are built after assets and approvals are ready.
- 04
Operate and improve
We run the agreed operations and review activation, retention, support, and revenue together.
No setup fee. A defined revenue share.
A written proposal specifies the percentage, which membership revenue is included, how refunds and fees are treated, each side's responsibilities, and the terms for ending the work. Advertising, software, or production spend is separate and only happens after agreement.
For creators with expertise their audience returns for.
- An engaged audience that already pays attention to your teaching.
- A topic people can learn from on a recurring basis.
- Willingness to supply agreed content, promotion, and collaboration.
- Initial focus on first paid communities. Follower count is one input, not the whole decision.
- An existing paid membership can be described for a separate assessment.
This is not a promise of audience growth or passive income.
FAQ
What does a partnership cost?
There is no setup fee. Commercial work uses an agreed share of the membership revenue. A written proposal specifies the percentage, which revenue is included, and how refunds and fees are treated. Advertising, software, or production spend is separate and only happens after you agree to it.
What work do I still do?
You bring the expertise, approved content, audience promotion, any agreed live sessions, and the key decisions about the brand and offer. The membership does not remove your role in delivering value. It gives that work a defined operating system.
Do you guarantee revenue or audience growth?
No. Foundry Co does not guarantee revenue, audience growth, or passive income. A partnership is an operating relationship around a membership, not a promise of results.
Who owns the content, account, and member records?
Ownership, tool access, member-record access, reporting, and handover are defined in the written agreement. We do not claim terms here that the agreement has not set.
How long does launch take?
Build and launch follow milestones after we review assets and scope. Timing depends on those being ready. We do not quote a fixed number of days on this page.
Can I keep posting and taking brand deals?
Yes. You can keep publishing and taking other work. The agreement defines the scope of the partnership and how membership revenue is treated.
I already have a paid product. Can you take that on?
An existing paid membership can be described for a separate assessment. It is not assumed to fit the initial focus on first paid communities.
How does a partnership end?
The written agreement sets notice, remaining obligations, reconciliation, member continuity, handover, and access after the partnership ends.
What happens after we connect?
We’ll look at what you share and follow up to explore what we could build together. Timing depends on current capacity; submitting your details does not commit either side to a partnership.
